Getting Started with NexusAI

Everything you need to know to start using NexusAI — from signing up to making your first dollar. Follow these steps in order and you will be up and running in under 30 minutes.

Using the AI Tools

Sign In to Your Account

Click the 'Sign In' button in the top-right corner of any page. You can sign in with your Google account — no password needed. Your account is created automatically on your first login.

You do not need to create a separate account — Google login handles everything

Your usage count (free uses per day) resets at midnight

Your account works on any device — phone, tablet, or computer

Try the AI Tools for Free

Go to the AI Tools page and pick any tool. Free accounts get 3 uses per day on every tool. Just type your request and click Generate — the AI does the rest in seconds.

If you see 'Daily limit reached' — your 3 free uses for that tool are used up for today. They reset at midnight, or you can upgrade to Pro for unlimited access.

Upgrade to Pro for Unlimited Access

Go to the Pricing page and click 'Start Pro' ($19/month) or 'Start Elite' ($49/month). You must be signed in first — if you are not logged in, the button will redirect you to sign in, then bring you back to checkout automatically.

If the checkout page does not open after clicking the button, make sure you are signed in first. The button redirects to login if you are not authenticated.

How Checkout Works

When you click 'Start Pro' or 'Start Elite', a Stripe checkout page opens in a new tab. Enter your card details there — Stripe is one of the most trusted payment processors in the world (used by Amazon, Google, and millions of businesses).

If the checkout tab is blocked by your browser's popup blocker, click the address bar and look for a 'popup blocked' notification, then allow it.

After payment, your account upgrades automatically within seconds

You will receive a receipt email from Stripe

After You Pay — Account Upgrade

Your account upgrades to Pro or Elite automatically within a few seconds of payment. You do not need to do anything. Refresh the page and you will see 'Pro' or 'Elite' next to your name.

Upgrade is automatic — no need to contact support

If your account does not upgrade within 5 minutes, try signing out and back in

Your subscription renews automatically each month (or year for annual plans)

Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel anytime. Go to your Account page (click your name in the top right), find 'Subscription', and click 'Cancel'. You keep access until the end of your current billing period — no immediate cutoff.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period

You will not be charged again after canceling

Browse and Buy from the Store

Go to the Store page to browse digital products like templates, guides, and toolkits. Each product is a one-time purchase — you buy it once and download it immediately. No subscription required.

Products are delivered as downloadable files (PDF, ZIP, etc.)

Your purchases are saved to your account — redownload anytime

One-time payment — you own it forever

Common Problems & Solutions

Problem: "No pricing found" error when clicking upgrade

This was a known issue that has been fixed. If you see this, try refreshing the page. Make sure you are signed in before clicking the upgrade button.

Problem: Checkout page does not open

The checkout opens in a new tab. If nothing happens, your browser may be blocking popups. Look for a popup blocked notification in your address bar and click "Allow". Alternatively, try a different browser.

Problem: Account did not upgrade after payment

Wait 30 seconds, then sign out and sign back in. Your account upgrade is processed automatically. If it still does not show after 5 minutes, contact support with your payment receipt.

Problem: AI tool gives a generic or poor result

Be more specific in your prompt. Instead of "write a blog post about AI", try "write a 500-word blog post about how small businesses can use AI tools to save 10 hours per week, with 3 specific examples." More detail = better output.

Problem: Page looks broken or does not load

Try a hard refresh: press Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows/Chrome) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac). If that does not work, clear your browser cache or try an incognito/private window.
